About NYPN
Vision
The vision of the KPMG Northern Young Professional Network (NYPN) is to provide young professionals in the northern region of Tasmania, across all sectors aged 20-40 with personal development and networking opportunities so that they develop a strong attachment with, and connection to, the region and state.
The KPMG Northern Young Professionals Network (NYPN) is a body newly formed under the auspices of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce. The NYPN Committee will operate under the auspices of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce and will be responsible for setting and overseeing the strategic direction of the KMPG NYPN and providing recommendations to the Chamber Board. The Events Committee will be responsible for organising and overseeing the running of events
The KMPG NYPN will strive to assist its members to work more efficiently and productively and to provide opportunities that would not otherwise have occurred.
The KPMG NYPN will help to make available a range of benefits directly to its members, and indirectly (yet no less substantively) to their employers and to the region.
These benefits will fall into four main categories:
Professional career development
Professional network development
Professional recognition
Professional development training
These benefit categories are not mutually exclusive, however, and the advantages of an active and prominent Young Professionals Network constitute an interrelated and co-extensive benefit matrix which extends to all stakeholders.
