Following the member survey conducted in 2008 and the analysis of that data, the Chamber Board has developed a strategic direction and key priorities focussing on the following areas:
- Growth opportunities across industries
- Enhanced strategic alliances and partnerships
- Foster industry and business innovation
- Improved planning and land use outcomes
- Improve regional Infrastructure
