Louise Clark, Executive Officer

Louise Clark was born in Launceston. She has lived and worked for most her adult life in Launceston.

Louise has a law degree from the University of Tasmania and is a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM) of the Australian Marketing Institute. In 2004 she was admitted as an Associate Fellow (AFAMI) of the Australian Marketing Institute. In 2001 Louise was a Finalist in the Telstra Tasmania Business Women’s Awards, Private & Corporate Sector Category.

Louise worked in senior positions for WIN Television for fourteen years before commencing at the Chamber in March 2008.

Louise is the current Chair of the Launceston Festivale Committee Inc. and has been involved as a committee member since 2000. She is a past President and current member of Tamar Sunrise Rotary Club. Louise is also a committee members of the Regional Development Australia Tasmania Committee and on the board of Scoth Oakburn College.

Louise is married to Michael Brett. 

Ellen French, Executive Assistant

Ellen's background is in small business management and administration.  With a Cetificate IV in Frontline Management Ellen has been an owner and Business Manager of Reflections Photographic Studio and Tasmanianlife Magazine in partnership with her husband Steven.

She has worked for local businesses such as Temtrol Technologies, Tasmanian Quality Assured and Master Builders Tasmania.   Ellen has particular expertise in event management and office administration.

Ellen has been married to Steven for a long time and has two adult sons Ben and Sam.
