Commercial Mailouts
Whilst the Chamber will never make the Membership database available to anyone, it is possible to make contact with members via a commercial mail out.
In addition to conveying promotional information regarding services or products, a mail out enables members to send a ‘member to member’ message. Depending on the style of promotional material, you may decide to offer ‘fellow members’ a special deal or arrangement as an incentive to deal with your organisation.
Most Members find it disappointing that the total business community benefits from the work of the Chamber while so few organisations contribute. Many Members have indicated a preference to deal with other businesses that are contributing to the region’s only truly independent representative organisation.
Please check the attached prices. Commercial mail outs represent great value and are an important source of income to the Chamber.

Mailouts provided without this message cannot be distributed. Chamber has the right to refuse to send any material deemed inappropriate for distribution.
