Networking Opportunities
Forums are usually fully sponsored by the member where attendees do not pay to attend. However if you wish to charge a small fee to cover the cost of the administration fee this is acceptable.
Chamber, in consultation with the member, prepares and prints invites (promoting the sponsor), copies and distributes to membership, accepts RSVP's, arranges venue (catering and AV), etc. Host provides speaker and determines the topic.
