Business Awards Finalists Announced
This year’s CGU Launceston Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards attracted 76 entries. Such was the quality of entries that 30 finalists were chosen and interviewed by the three member independent judging panel.

HAWTHORN RE-NEGOTIATION
Executive Officer of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce Lou Clark has reiterated the Launceston Chamber’s position on renegotiation of the Hawthorn sponsorship. ‘The Launceston Chamber of Commerce Board met with the Premier last week to discuss a number of issues one of which included AFL and the Hawthorn re-negotiation.'
